MOCO NEWS

New Senior-Living Space 🏡

After major renovations during 2023 and 2024, Montgomery County's hospital will open later this month as a senior-living community building.

The historic building on Conroe's First Street was redeveloped by Overland Property Group. There are one-bedroom and two-bedroom units now available for lease with the first residents scheduled to move in later this month. A floor plan is available on the Landmark 301 website.

MOCO LOCAL

We recently visited The Caffeine Collective in Magnolia and loved our visit there! Our iced vanilla lattes were delicious and fresh. It was a fun place to sit and chill in, with its fresh flower bar and a small boutique. There’s a nice green area with tables and chairs to hang out at while you sip your drinks, too.
