That Escape Place Needs Beta Testers

That Escape Place has put together something unique for the MoCo area…A family-friendly game show experience, check out a teaser video here!

They need additional help testing out some last-minute details and are looking for help from the community!

They are looking for a variety of ages to participate in this experience for free. In exchange, they’ll be some of the first to try out some new programs and make sure everything runs smoothly. If you are interested, please fill this form out here.

Phat Eatery

You may remember this spot in The Woodlands as Fuddrucker’s, but it’s now Phat Eatery, a Malaysian-style street food restaurant. We stopped by last night for dinner and were very impressed with what we tried. Some of the decor inside makes you feel like you’re really on the streets of Malaysia. The food was so delicious, we got their sweet basil fried rice and had Roti Canai as an appetizer and ate till the very last rice was gone. We are by no means “professional” food critics, but we would give this restaurant high ratings on our MoJo food scale. (This is totally a real food scale *said sarcastically 😉 But do respond to this email and let us know if you would like the MoJo food scale to become a real thing and hear more of our thoughts on different local restaurants 👀 )

Coffee with CISD

Make plans to attend the first Coffee with CISD of the year. This Wednesday, June 26, from 7:30-9 am at the Jett Center, get to know Superintendent Dr. Curtis Null, as well as administrators in the College Park, Oak Ridge, and The Woodlands feeders and other District personnel.

Efree’s On Main Grand Opening

Join The Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce at the grand opening of Efree’s On Main happening Monday, July 1st from 3:30 - 4:30 pm. The store has a variety of products centered around tea, such as tea, tea ware, tea jewelry, journals, and books.
