Bionova Scientific announces plans for new plasmid DNA facility in The Woodlands.
Bionova has plans to begin operations in the first quarter of 2025. They stated in a news release the organization will focus on producing starting material for gene and cell therapy and DNA/RNA-based and recombinant protein therapeutics
Wesley Doolittle wins Republican primary runoff for Montgomery County sheriff.
Weasley Doolittle won the Republican Primary runoff with 13,423 votes (54%) Rand Henderson ended with 11,642 votes (46%)

Smalls Sliders
The old car wash on 1097 will be turned into Smalls Sliders location, which we are excited about! The sliders on their social media look like pure goodness. Smalls Sliders says their focus is fully on making everyone’s day a small bite better and serving sliders better than anyone else. Stay tuned for more updates.

Montgomery Farmers Market
This Saturday, June 8th, at the KOA Campground, The Montgomery Farmers Market will be set up from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. If you are looking for the best, local, organic foods in the area like honey, microgreens, mushrooms, beef, bison, and a bunch of other meats and goods then you have to stop by!
Health and Wellness Expo
Margaritaville Lake Conroe is hosting a Health and Wellness Expo on June 8th, from 2-5 pm. There will be two fitness classes suitable for all levels, mobile IV therapy from Modwella, skincare cosmetics, and nutrition offerings from Arbonne.
Beginner Yoga at the garden center!
Over at A&A Plant & Produce in Montgomery, Yoga Under The Sky will be hosting a free beginner yoga class from 8:00 am - 9:00 am on June 5th.
