New food in Willis

There has been a lot of construction in Willis recently, with the northbound ramp reversal, and more buildings being added, we’ve gotten used to seeing orange cones everywhere. We have noticed though there are two restaurants that are close to being opened to the public - McAlister’s next to HEB, and Chipotle next to Tractor Supply. According to TDLR, Chipotle should be done 07/25/24 and McAlister’s finishes 07/08/24….We are well aware we have passed both of those dates, so we are hoping that means it’ll be any day now. 😝

If you've been wanting a place that has a little bit of everything, then this is a great place to check out. Cowboy Tacos and Burgers 🤠 offers a variety of foods like burritos, burgers, Mexican, sandwiches, tacos, and Tex-Mex.

Wine and Dine

Whitley Vineyards in Montgomery, Texas, is a great place for family and friends to come together, relax, and enjoy a glass of wine. Also, if you need a place to chat about life, this is a great spot - some may call it complaining, but you can call it wine-ing…*cricket sounds*

MOCO EVENTS

🎪 Sip N' Shop will be in downtown Conroe on September 6th. There will be Vendors, Merchant Specials Galleries, Live Music, and Food. It all starts at 5 pm!

Come find your people at "Reader's Night in Conroe!" on September 6th at 5 pm. It is the perfect excuse to unwind with a cup of coffee, swap books with fellow readers, and shop unique book-themed merch from local vendors. You'll also have the chance to meet and support local authors. Whether you're here to read, chat, or find your next favorite book, this night is all about celebrating our love for reading.

Join B52 Brewing Company in Conroe for their Thursday night trivia! They will have food from their on-site Wood Fired Pizza Kitchen and, of course, fresh drinks! Come test your trivia knowledge while relaxing with some good food and drinks!

Stop by The Lake House in Grand Central, from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm on September 7th for their Artisan Market. There will be over 50 local vendors to shop through, such as locally made foods, flowers, crafts, and arts. There will also be live music with a DJ, food trucks, pet adoptions, and more!

This Saturday, Blushing Blonde Boutique is dropping their Fall collection, as well as their newest addition to their boutique, a charm bar! You will be able to customize your own 18k gold plated charm necklace or bracelet. You can also find our friends, Sweet Peaks, there selling delicious cookies, macarons, spiced pecans, and - our new personal favorites - oatmeal cream pies🤤 Sweet Peaks will be there from 10am - 2pm, but the charm bar is open from 10am - 5pm! Not to mention Blushing Blondie has extended their clearance room sale with items marked up to 60% off for the event!

Singo Bingo. Think Bingo, but better! This makes for the perfect date night, or even just a fun time with friends that will end in laughter! Stop at Beerforest Bar in Woodforest for drinks, food, and Singo Bingo! You will be given a bingo card with song titles on it. Once the game begins, they will play a short song clip, and you will have to match it to a name on your card. The first person to get 5 in a row and shout "Singo!" is the winner of that round!
