Kayaking on Lake Conroe is an experience most people either think is not a thing, or too expensive. But luckily, TZ Paddleboard and Kayak Rental offers rentals at a super affordable rate! Which means you and your special someone can enjoy a little time on the water without feeling like you’re spending a ton of money.

Walk and shop 🛍️

Walk around Historic Montgomery and check out all the unique history and shops the town offers, such as boutiques, restaurants, parks, and more. This is a great place to enjoy the day!

Dinner out on the water 🚢

Southern Empress hosts all sorts of cruises on Lake Conroe that makes a regular evening turn into a fun adventure! Enjoy a three course meal on the main deck, live music, drinks and much more. Also, check out their murder mystery cruises if you feel like being a detective for the evening.

Mahoney’s Bar is located in The Woodlands near the Waterway. They have “Texish” cuisine, along with live music. This place is for any occasions you may be celebrating or if you just want to enjoy your evening out somewhere. They have happy hour Wednesday to Friday from 3-6 pm.

MOCO BITES

Conroux is one of Conroe's dining spots in Grand Central Park. Located on the first floor of the Hyatt Regency 🏢, it's the perfect spot for a brunch meeting with the girls, a date night with your love, or even a short staycation spot. The restaurant is modern and gorgeous, with fresh food and drinks that will make you want to come back!

AllyAnne's Kolache Kitchen can be found in Magnolia along FM 1488! They are a husband and wife duo who have homemade sweet and savory kolaches available, as well as coffee and other breakfast items.
