MoCo News

J. Alan Kent Development has announced that over 1,000 single-family residential homes will be coming to 411 acres of land on FM 1097 near Lake Conroe. There is not much information yet on the time frame and cost, but It is expected to attract more students zoned to Montgomery ISD

Shout out to Shadia for today’s local restaurant review. We love hearing y’all’s suggestions and recommendations, so be sure to fill out that content suggestion forum!

We’ve been to Gloria’s Latin Cuisine twice now since they opened their new location in The Woodlands, and we are obsessed! They are intent on serving fresh ingredients in creative ways. Their Salvadorian roots bring a delicious, new twist to some of your favorite dishes. We have tried the steak fajitas, steak quesadillas, and the burrito and we loved it all. Just to include a classic Texan answer, the queso and salsa might be some of our favorites in town. We highly recommend you check them out if you haven’t yet! They also offer a special brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am - 3 pm.
