The Woodlands

Howard Hughes purchases 6-story office building in The Woodlands Town Center: Howard Hughes has purchased a six-story, 142,000-square-foot building on a 3.2-acre site in The Woodlands Town Center. At 55% occupied, the building adds more space to Howard Hughes' office portfolio within Town Center, which is 96% leased. The site, including a 1,316-space parking garage, could be redeveloped.

Conroe

New Conroe Mayor Duke Coon prioritizing water infrastructure and the city’s debt: “About a month ago, we found out from our engineering department that we need four new water wells that are going to cost $50 million”. “My first priority is to fix our water infrastructure. Everybody deserves good clean water and water that has good pressure behind it”. “Along with that is the budget. We are $750 million in debt. I won't cast blame on why these things haven't been looked at prior to me. It's my responsibility now”.

Madame Brioche Bistro: There is a new French American restaurant that just opened the other week. You can find a wide variety of options to serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch. You can find it either by following the smell of their homemade brioche, or you can go to the Marcel Commons center on 1488. We tried the chicken panini, brioche french toast, and mini beignets and we loved it all!

Family Bingo Night: Enjoy a good old-fashioned family fun night with Family Bingo Night at Rob Fleming Park in The Woodlands from 6:30 - 8:30 pm on July 12th hosted by The Woodlands Parks and Recreation. Registration is required and space is limited, so don’t wait too long to RSVP!
