The Painted Potter Studio is a paint-your-own pottery studio in Historic Montgomery. You can paint whatever you'd like on their ready-to-go pottery. This is the perfect spot for a date night or family outing with kids. 🏺

Conroux is one of Conroe's dining spots in Grand Central Park. Located on the first floor of the Hyatt Regency 🏢, it's the perfect spot for a brunch meeting with the girls, a date night with your love, or even a short staycation spot. The restaurant is modern and gorgeous, with fresh food and drinks that will make you want to come back!

AllyAnne's Kolache Kitchen can be found in Magnolia along FM 1488! They are a husband and wife duo who have homemade sweet and savory kolaches available, as well as coffee and other breakfast items.

Blushing Blondie Boutique is dropping their Fall collection, as well as their newest addition to their boutique, a charm bar! You will be able to customize your own 18k gold plated charm necklace or bracelet. You can also find our friends, Sweet Peaks, there selling delicious cookies, macarons, spiced pecans, and - our new personal favorites - oatmeal cream pies🤤 Sweet Peaks will be there from 10am - 2pm, but the charm bar is open from 10am - 5pm! Not to mention Blushing Blondie has extended their clearance room sale with items marked up to 60% off for the event!

Stop by The Lake House in Grand Central, from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm for their Artisan Market. There will be over 50 local vendors to shop through, such as locally made foods, flowers, crafts, and arts. There will also be live music with a DJ, food trucks, pet adoptions, and more!

UPCOMING

Take in the sites at downtown Montgomery while enjoying the community wide Montgomery Garage Sale on September 14th from 9am - 1pm. This is a way to declutter while also finding some treasures!

Hot Rods and Home Runs takes place September 15 at 3pm at the McCullough Jr. High School parking lot. There will be all makes, models and years on display. Come check out some of the best cars in the county

MOCO BITES

MoCo has some delicious foods made by locals with amazing talent so we wanted to have a section dedicated to local restaurants in the area.

Flaming Wheel Pizzeria 🔥🍕

We’ve mentioned this one in the newsletter before, but we wanted to mention it again because they have been a great place we go to for a quick bite to eat. They are very friendly and always make sure you’re happy with your food. And speaking of food…There is an item on their menu that we can’t get enough of - Alfredo pizza with bacon. Check them out and let us know your thoughts!

Nourish Cafe 🥯

Did you know there is a hidden cafe in the medical center off South Loop 336 in Conroe? Nourish Cafe offers made from scratch breads, cookies and cakes, as well as salads and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch - We highly recommend their chicken bacon ranch or their classic grilled cheese, because what part of that does not sound good?
