The owners are originally from France with a couple restaurants of their own, they are now “living the American dream” here in Conroe. Their goal is to keep the food and dishes they offer as traditional to France as they can. The cafe specializes in crêpes, pastries, soups, salads, quiches, coffees, and French sandwiches they also serve pizzas baked in the traditional French way.
