Affordable senior living complex now open in Conroe

This building used to be the Historic Montgomery County Hospital, it was refurbished to be an affordable living space for seniors. Landmark 301 offers 48 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units ranging from 573-1,039 square feet with prices ranging from $371-$994, for 55-plus individuals.

The Amenities in the complex include adult education classes, an exercise facility, video surveillance, on-site management, and a library.

Comedy Hour

We think we’re so funny, yet for some reason, our stand-up comedy hasn’t taken off yet. But there will be an awesome comedy show hosted by Jesse Peyton at the Two Tones Piano Bar in The Woodlands on the 8th at 7 pm. Plus, enjoy an open act by a special guest who was on America’s Got Talent. 🎭

It’s Coffee time

Coffee with a Cop is back on September 9th, 8 - 9:30 am. This event is such a fun time. The Woodlands Township and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office invite you to enjoy a free cup of coffee and a muffin to spend time in conversation with law enforcement and the community. ☕️

Sit back and relax

The Woodlands Margarita Festival is the perfect place to enjoy a great time outdoors while you relax on the lawn, sippin’ margaritas 🍹 and enjoying live music and tasty food. Enjoy the festival on September 14th from 2 - 8 pm Margaritas are available both frozen and on the rocks in 15 flavors.
